Pam Cooper was born in the United Kingdom, moved to The United States in 1990. She studied at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NYC, graduating in 1994 with a BFA majoring in Sculpture. Exhibited widely in the NY Metropolitan area and in many exhibitions nationally including the Austin Museum of Art, Kent State University Gallery, the Central University of Florida Gallery and the McNeese State University, Lake Charles, LA. Cooper was awarded the opportunity to participate in the Artist in the Marketplace program at the Bronx Museum. She have regularly participated in the New Jersey Arts Annual, won a scholarship for a residency at the Vermont Studio Workshop and in 2013 was included in the Emerging Artists Series at the Monmouth Museum in New Jersey.
