Odette England is a writer, visual artist, and scholar. She is a 2022 Guggenheim Foundation Fellow and has received grants and awards from the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, Puffin Foundation, and Anonymous Was a Woman, among many others, and has been nominated for the Foam Paul Huf Award (twice) and the Prix Pictet. She has published five award-winning books and has two books coming out in 2025. England received her Ph.D. in 2018. She teaches at Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design.
