Neal Ambrose-Smith has worked in the arts for twenty years as a studio assistant, goldsmith, graphic designer, and freelance photographer for artists. He has traveled extensively in the United States, Mexico, and Europe, where he did a year’s independent study in Spain. His work is in numerous collections, including the Beach, Missoula, Boise, Eiteljorg, Springfield, and Denver art museums; the Smithsonian Institution; the Galerie D’Art Contemporain, Chamalieres, France; the New York Public Library Print Collection; Hong-ik University, Seoul, Korea; Cork Printmakers, Cork, Ireland; and Monash University, Gippsland, Australia. He is a consultant to the Joan Mitchell Foundation and a working artist.
