Doris Hakim was born in Nazareth, Israel by an Arab-Palestinian father and a Greek mother. She studied in a Jewish school (Moshe Sharet). She came to Greece by the age of 20, where she studied arid graduated from the Theological School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens. As well as from Athens School of Fine Arts – Painting Department. She speaks 7 languages.
