Israel Meza Moreno “Moris” has a bachelor in Fine Arts at the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving “La Esmeralda” (Mexico City). He is co-founder of the collectives Viernes and Segundo Piso. His work focuses on the transition between violence and power imbalances. Some of the elements of his production are taken from specific contexts, building a record of illegal and violent dynamics and activating an experience when the viewer is confronted with objects from apparently invisible environments that have been disrupted by communal violence.
